Fees and deposits

  • 50% to hold bridal and party dates

    Bridal, party and engagement packages take a 50% deposit. Other services: 20%.

  • 10% on bookings, 5% on walk-ins

    On the services only. 10% when a customer books on HairDrive (the marketplace or your own link) and on bookings you add for a later time. 5% on walk-ins. Never on the travel fee, and no monthly fee.

  • Walk-ins: settled from your wallet

    For walk-ins and bookings you add, the fee comes out of your HairDrive wallet when you take payment. Keep at least Rs 1,000 in the wallet to record walk-ins (from 22 October 2026) and bookings you add (from 23 October 2026). Clients earn Glow Points on every visit you record, at no cost to you.

  • Founding 100: 0% to start

    The first 100 businesses pay no fee for 90 days from approval, walk-ins included, until 30 online bookings. They also get a free Spotlight week after 10 completed bookings.

What you need to get started

  • At least 6 portfolio photos, tagged bridal, party or engagement
  • How you work: at your studio, at the customer’s home, or both
  • Your studio location (if you have a studio)
  • CNIC, its number and a live selfie (if you visit homes)
  • Your availability and how far ahead you take bookings
  • Your services, packages and prices
  • Payout account and your business WhatsApp

Good to know

I work from a studio and also travel. Can I offer both?
Yes. Choose "both". Your studio gets a pin, and home visits use your travel radius and fee.
Can I also appear under Bridal?
Yes. Add Bridal under "What you offer". Bridal packages also show you in the Bridal category.
What if the bride cancels?
The deposit follows HairDrive’s cancellation policy, so a late cancellation doesn’t leave you with nothing.
