Fees and deposits
20% deposit holds each visit
The customer pays 20% of the services and travel fee online. The rest is paid at the visit.
No fee on travel
The fee is on services only. Your travel fee is yours.
10% on bookings, 5% on walk-ins
On the services only. 10% when a customer books on HairDrive (the marketplace or your own link) and on bookings you add for a later time. 5% on walk-ins. Never on the travel fee, and no monthly fee.
Founding 100: 0% to start
The first 100 businesses pay no fee for 90 days from approval, walk-ins included, until 30 online bookings. They also get a free Spotlight week after 10 completed bookings.

- No. Customers see only your area. Your start point is private and only used to work out travel fees.
- Why do I need my CNIC and a selfie?
- Home visits on HairDrive are by women professionals only, and everyone who visits homes is identity-checked: your CNIC, its number and a live selfie. It is the main reason customers trust a home visit.
- Is there a fee on my travel fee?
- Never. The fee is only on services.
